DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE AND CONSIGNMENT?

Yes, Knuckle Kiss is actively seeking new wholesale partnerships! We would love to hear about your shop and the products you carry. 

I'M INTERESTED IN A BULK ORDER FOR MY WEDDING/GROUP/PARTY, ETC. DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS? 

Discounts are negotiable on bulk orders, depending on the design, materials, and labor or production methods of the items you choose. Essentially, your bulk order will be treated as a custom project. We’re happy to talk it though with you.  

CAN YOU CREATE CUSTOM WORK?

Many pieces in the Knuckle Kiss line can be customized. For example, pieces can be recreated in a different material, length, or size, or with a different chain or earring fixture. We can also work with your ideas to come up with a unique piece. Custom projects are subject to non-refundable down payments. Get in touch and we'll go from there.

I LOST AN EARRING! DO YOU SELL SINGLES?

Yes, we would be happy to get you a new single earring to complete your pair! Singles are sold at half the retail price, plus shipping. Keep in mind, many earring designs are cut by hand so there are small variations between each pair. You may need to send us your single earring so we can recreate your perfect match.


WHAT'S YOUR REPAIR POLICY? 

Simple repairs are free of charge for up to one year after purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Damages incurred due to misuse, improper storage, or items requiring extensive repair may incur a fee. 

Please contact us about your piece before sending it back so we can determine the nature of the repair. The repair time depends on our current production queue, but typically takes between 1 to 2 weeks. 
 

HOW ABOUT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? 

We offer returns/exchanges on purchases made through knucklekiss.com or the Knuckle Kiss Etsy shop. If you’d like to return or exchange your jewelry, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Jewelry must be returned unworn, in the original packaging. Visit our Etsy policies page for details and contact us before returning your piece. 

I HAVE SENSITIVE EARS/SKIN! WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR EARRING COMPONENTS? 

Unless otherwise noted, all Knuckle Kiss earrings are made with sterling silver posts, ear back, wires, catches, and hinges. We find most people with metal sensitivities are able to wear sterling silver without a hitch (or an itch!).

DOES YOUR BRASS JEWELRY TARNISH? HOW CAN I PREVENT IT FROM TARNISHING?

We use raw brass, which will patina over time. You can help delay this process by keeping your jewelry dry. Don’t wear it while showering, bathing, or swimming. Avoid contact with hairspray, lotion, makeup, etc., as these substances can accelerate tarnishing. 

We recommend gently polishing your brass with a jewelry polishing cloth. Store it in a non-humid environment when you’re not wearing it. Check out our jewelry cleaning tips.   

CAN YOU CLEAN OR RE-OXIDIZE MY JEWELRY FOR ME?

Yes, we can take the cleaning task off your hands. Here is the cost: 

  • Cleaning costs $4 (per piece of jewelry) plus the cost of shipping.
  • Re-oxidizing costs $6 (per piece of jewelry) plus the cost of shipping.
